Fidia among the best workplaces in Italy: major leap forward in the 2026 Italy’s Best Employers ranking

For the fifth time in six editions, Fidia Farmaceutici has been included in the Italy’s Best Employers 2026 ranking, conducted by Statista and published by Corriere della Sera. This recognition confirms the company’s continued commitment to creating a solid, inclusive, and people-centered work environment.

This year, Fidia made an impressive jump of more than 300 positions, reflecting the impact of its initiatives to value people, promote well-being, and support professional growth within the company.

In the pharmaceutical sector, Fidia climbed 16 places over the past year, reaching 11th position among the 31 companies included in the ranking.
